Shri Ramesh Babu V, Director (Operations) visited NTPC Simhadri on 12th May 2023.
Director (O) visited Stage -2 Ash Silo, Stage -1 NDCT areas, Stage -1 IDCT, Unit-4 UCB, ESP areas, Sankalp -2 and reviewed the work at the FGD site.
Shri Debasish Chattopadhyay, RED (SR), Shri C. Sivakumar, ED (USSC) and BUH Simhadri Shri Sanjay Kumar Sinha were present.

Director (Operations) reviewed Simhadri station performance and other issues of the station with Team Simhadri. He also released a Compendium of the presentations made by various participants of the workshop on Corrosion control and protection.

The Girl Empowerment Mission (GEM)- 2023 programme at NTPC Simhadri was inaugurated by Director (Operations) and Smt Vani Ramesh Babu, a senior member of Samyukta Mahila Samiti. Senior officials of NTPC, parents of GEM Children, Deepika Ladies Club Members were present on the occasion.

120 girls studying in government schools from nearby villages will participate in this residential workshop lasting 4 weeks (12th May to 8th June 2023).
